So new wheel bearing is in had to reuse the seals from the old assembly, not my first choice but nobody had them locally. The bearing was toast looked like it had gotten hot and was varnished. Had to score and split one of the races that was seized on the spindle. Other than that it was was pretty uneventful glad my buddy had a press to use.

Its a full OME lift at 2.5 or 3" plus a 1" body lift. I believe they are 885 coils but might be 886's with the dakar leafs in the back and ome shocks.

He is waiting for spring to install it all when the weather is better so the vehicle isn't all grimey and cold when he is working on it.

hes probably having too much fun in the snow lol

I bought a house specifically so i could have a garage to work on my truck in.. the only problem is i have 1" of clearance all the way around coming through the door and not a whole lot of room when I get inside.

ill be backing it in and using a propane heater to install my cbi rear bumper tomorrow though.. :woot:

886 OME coils, w/top plate spacers. The s/c is still sitting in the box in the garage been busy with work and other stuff like the weather hasn't helped so it will be a spring project.

had to revisit the first dozen pages of your build man...

still one of my favorite trucks on here...definitely glad you stayed with the tan topper haha

going to 305/70/17 mt/r i'm thinking in a couple months, hoping i can get away with the stock flares (with some selective trimming)...

how's the winter been up in your neck of the woods? going to be a bad fire season again?

Thanks, I need to get the S/C installed and do a few other things to get ready for Moab. Those 305's will be sweet I always liked the way they looked on Brants truck. Winter has been strange weather wise super cold and nasty then really mild since then with no snow really since December. Not sure about the fire season, although I did go to my first fire of the year in the desert south of Twin a few nights ago.

that S/C is gonna be bad ass! it'll be funny seeing something S/C'd going so slow haha

yea i'm excited to get some bigger shoes in there and the mt/r's just look so bad ass haha...been eying the interco trxus too, but i'm finding it hard to get a good deal on them..

btw, got the donaldson 10" a while back..had it on for a bit til i realized i got better mpg with the airflow hood, so i'm back to that for now until i need it...siting my my toolbox for moab pretty much

thing is HUGE! haha...not too bad tho given the size of the airflow...
