Thanks to all the above posts

Nice, Mr. ATO is running a lefty right? I was going to wait until I had the crawler as well but that will be awhile so I am going to run the FJ case for now and add the crawler later when funds allow.

Plan is to get it in within the next 2 weeks, It has been dumping snow here a week now and the truck is so caked with ice and snow that I will have to thaw it out before I can even get started.

    Yep that is Brants

I haven't run this set up aired down yet but I have run other 35's on both 7" and 8" rims and not had any issues losing a bead when aired down. It seems like a skinny rim almost acts like a beadlock.

I need to get this thing in the truck or I am going to wear out the shifters with it sitting on the bench. I can't help myself everytime I am in the garage I have to mess with it.:D:D:D This thing is going to be awesome Thanks again to Wyatt from Rock Solid Toys for setting this thing up.

That must have been one heck of a hail storm. I love it when people say they are only doing one mod and then the disease takes hold. Looks like you got bit by the " MOD BUG " big time. Cool trucks and nice pics.

 Hey I think your truck looked really good with the 3" lift and the 255/85R16 BFG KM2's on the stock steel rims...

    Yup I'm a perv....

    Thanks

    Thanks

Thanks, seems I can never leave good enough alone.

Thanks, obviously my plan was flawed from the beginning as there is too much stuff available to do to these trucks.

Sure is, sorry it has taken awhile to answer your question.

I loved the way it looked then, and have been hanging onto my steelies just because of it thinking of maybe having them turned into real beadlocks but not sure if it will work yet.

Okay the last few weeks have been a little crazy between the weather, work and other random stuff but I figured I need to update the build even though not much has gotten done.

The FJ case showed up and I had plans to start on it right away then work called and asked if I wanted to go to Israel to fight fire of course I said yes made it to Boise ready to fly and was canceled. So here are some pics of the case on my workbench it will go in this week.

About the same time as the FJ case showed up my girlfriend found this set of coveralls at the thrift store and thought I would get a kick out of them.

Here is the progress on my fender flares the front ones are pretty much finished the rears should not be to far behind. We took 2 inches out of them and plastic welded them back together. Not cheap but it should finish the fenders out nicely. ( Thanks again to Relentless Taco and All.On.Black)

And then some random pics from a day the sun was out....

Are you a pilot of those planes that drops the water mixed with the retardant?

Those fenders look so smooth and factory. I'm jealous of those snow wheeling shots to.

Nope, just a ground pounder we were going to send 3 handcrews to help out.

Thanks, they have taken awhile but I think it will be worth it to finish out the fenders.

What'd you/your shop use to hold the flares together? I hope it's not body filler because that will crack pretty quickly. How much did it end up costing you? Looks like good work so far.
