You only need the smart module from them if it’s for Canada. Theirs works with my remote starter, you just have to tell them what hardware you have so they give you the correct harness and adapter.

I do, but I don’t have a plug n play harness to offer, only flying lead/open ended cables harness, this I won’t sell it. I only sell plug n play solutions if I have it. I can’t trust that everyone is a grease monkey when it comes to cars and electrical and tech support for it is a nightmare.

 

If you push the button once without your foot on the brake, you'll be in ACC. Push it again and that's ON. The engine only starts if you push it while your foot is on the brake.

 

@jayrobot I have a 17’ SR5 H-Key. I know that we can remote start and open the door without the engine stopping. But, my question is, when I walk up to the truck, the door will be locked with engine running. At that point, will I be able to unlock the truck with the fob, or will I have to unlock with the key itself and the engine continue to run?

 

Unlocking your truck will function as it does now, as if you never had my hardware, and so even if you remote start it with the FOB or smart module, unlocking via fob or if you have a smart touch handle entry, it still functions as normal. I hope this answers your question. No key into the key hole necessary at all.

I just installed my second 3x start/smart module on my wife car and wanted to thank you Jimmy for all the help! Not only are your prices the best out there but your customer service is outstanding (I'm sure others would agree with me). Jimmy will go above and beyond before and after the sale. LOL, I asked/text him questions on a Saturday and he replied back within minutes gave me a call and helped me out.

 

I don't see the "long range remote" option on your website, only the smart phone option. How much does it cost and will it be available to purchase during the black friday sale?

 

I don’t have a high demand for it but can purchase a limited quantity of I see more interest. Out of the dozens purchased and dozens more expressing interest, about 3 have requested it. So for that reason I can still offer it on a one on one basis, by request for now. If you’re set on that route, PM me and I can give you the price for a 2-way half mile range.

Most go with smart app module because of the unlimited range, and the fact that thier pgone is on them, on thier hands or by thier night stand st night more than a FOB or long range RF FOB would be. The subscription is pretty negligee when you’re talking anywhere from $1.63 to $2.49 a month depending on what plan you renew after your first year. I lose more change under my car seat and on Starbucks a month than that. Those set on RF kits are typically those in VERY rural areas and/or strict work environment that does not allow the use of cell phones while on the job. However, for those interested, I normally would take payment upfront because it’s a non inventoried product and brought in almost never.

If lead time goes beyond two weeks, I don’t take payment. Hence why I’m stocking strong this time and may consider a TW Black Friday limited quantity cap so I can sustain non sale prices and inventory post holiday period with immediate drop ship. Although the sale is for 4 days, I still mention ”or while supplies last” so no one is guaranteed Black Friday pricing once sold out if it sells out prematurely before Sunday the 25th. Hate relying on manufacturers to replenish me...if it’s not one with pipeline issues, it’s the other and it all becomes an ugly bottleneck that’s bad for business.

So moral is, act quick. Best chances are to:
