    Or someplace unique or cool.

Just threw my .02 in there though as I'm in an area where there's not much wheeling to be had. Sucks that one has to go several hours away to get to someplace to do some wheeling when the guys in the midwest and such can go out their back door in a lot of cases. Lots of offroad truck meets in middle America and not much on either of the two coasts.

No matter where it's at people are going to complain, mostly about distance from home. Having one for each coast, maybe even a central location as well, would cut out a good majority of the nonsense. Could even do the different meets on the same weekend. 2 or 3 big TW meets across the U.S. doesn't sound like too bad of an idea.

Did some quick routing on Google maps and came up with some rough locations that will result in most cases a drive of less than 12 hours. These are rough ideas based on central locations. I'm sure locals in these areas could chime in with potential locations in our around these areas.

3 meets all on the same weekend, TW taking over the U.S.

    • East Meet - Richmond, VA
      • halfway between Orlando FL and Portland ME
    • Central Meet - Kansas City, KS
      • roughly between San Antonio TX and Fargo ND
    • West Meet - Lake Tahoe, CA/NV
      • ideal for San Diego, CA all the way up to Seattle, WA

While a national meet would be great, I don't see a lot of follow through with people when it comes to driving halfway across the country, finances, and not to mention getting the time off of work cleared. Also 3 meets would break up the workload of any organization that needs to go into this. Instead of dumping this on one person or team, it will be spread across 3.

Questions, comments, concerns? Someone chime in and give some feedback on this.

    Easy..

    1. CT is a collection of douchebags, whiners, and crybabies with only a few good people who accidentally stumbled on that website.
    2. Tacoberfest is now a trademarked "autoforums.com" event since Jeff sold out.

A TW event would be real

Eastern Connecticut to Kansas City - 1450 miles, 22 hours. 2 day drive. I would be in if this happens.

3 minutes difference in me going to KC vs. DFW, so DFW got my vote. 17 hours and 22 minutes
