Naturally aspirated build?

I've been looking for threads about performance that don't include a supercharger or a turbo and I'm having a hard time finding some. I have the 4 cylinder and I wanted to build the engine to get a bit more power before just slapping a turbo on it. I was wondering if there were any threads/market places that I would be able to find forged internals, better valve springs, better valves and possibly crank/cam shafts

Dont forget port the head and bench test for airflow, regrind the cams and thats something decent machinists can do first but LC performance is gonna have alot of what you'll need. Dont forget about max bore throttle bodies and matching the tb porting to the intake manifold. These things alone woke up my old 22re toyota trucks. Also look into cryogenically freezing your new pistons and rods and even head. Stay with n/a for reliability unless you got big big money.
