naval jelly usage

    damn so I used naval jelly incorrectly and used it like it was a rust converter.. I let the jelly dry and then painted rustoleum over it and then a coat of rubberized undercoating.

    What do you think the consequence will be to leave the naval jelly underneath?

    okay but if I spray additional layers on it.. eventually it should stop the acid in the dried up jelly?
