I want to put and touchscreen navigation unit in my truck that will play cds and have plug in for my ipod. My truck is a 2006 Tacoma. what do you all recommend and where can i get the right accessories to put it in? Im looking at the Pioneer AVIC-D3 or the AVic-X920bt... open to other options..Thank you

Those are both discontinued models, although both will still work. The current AVIC models are the X930BT and Z130BT.

I have had good luck with either Amazon.com or sonicelectronix.com. Then of course, Crutchfield.com sells product with full factory warranty as well as great service, but a little higher price.

You should look through the posts here, there are multiple threads that have pics of the head units installed. Within certain limits, seen one double DIN, seen 'em all. The main drivers are things like USB on front or back, who makes the navigation module, etc.
