Added Runnin4Tacos LCA skids. I think they tie in very nicely with the OEM skid plate. Easy install.

Are THESE the ones you got? they are listed for 2016-2022 Tacoma and they couldn't guarantee me they would fit the 2023 as they haven't tested it.

    Thanks!

    Beautiful truck!
Just ordered the R4T signals after seeing this post. I love the black and orange look...."Solar Octane" huh....that's almost as ambiguous as our Bronco sport in "Area 51". Whatever they call it....I LIKE. Perhaps now I see why you're on your 4th Taco....it's like mod 'do-over' with all the knowledge you gained the first time. I can see from your build thus far it's definitely going to be a 4th level Taco!

haha thanks! yeah im so excited about this truck. I definitely regret not taking some parts off the old truck but I wasn't planning on getting back in a taco so soon! definitely taking a slower approach this time to the mods and trying to adopt a "buy once cry once" mentality... even though ive purchased a lot of this stuff in the past on my old truck  oh well...

might be a little while before the next additions but there's definitely a lot still planned.

This truck is pretty. I may be getting this same one by the end of the month. It's just hard to wrap my head around a $60k Tacoma after taxes and fees.

I like the progress so far, looking for one myself currently. How the hell has nobody commented on the license plate? It's damn funny, keep up the good work!

Thanks! Could be a little time before I can do anything else to it but there are definitely plans! And the license plate letters/numbers were just the random generated ones hahaha what are you reading it as? Because I have joked with my wife about what it could stand for

Had an absolutely horrendous creak in the front end that I think I was able to chase down. The driver side radiator support/body mount had failed. Apparently it’s somewhat common. Only have 2,400 miles on the odo which is surprising but sure enough.

Failed bushing and metal sleeve shows signs of rubbing on the support bracket causing a terrible creak.

here is the comparison of the passenger side that seemed fine

And instead of removing the bumper or wheel liner for access, I took it as an opportunity to go ahead and knock out a viper cut. Originally planned on doing it down the road but figured I’d go ahead and make the bushing swap easy on me

Installed the Icon RXT stage 1 leaf pack. Definitely happier with the stance compared to the 1in rear block. Not really a fun install, but there’s definitely worse. Wanted to get more pics of the process but the new copilot got some attention instead.

Also threw in the Square One Creations frame caps. Made it look a little cleaner with the recent viper cut.

What'd you do with the 1" rear blocks? I'm looking for a set.

Added a couple of items today. One was the Charvonia Designs billet tie downs replacing the stock ones. And I also finally got a Bakflip MX-4 bed cover. Definitely the best quality tri-fold cover I have ever had. I tried to take my time with the drain tubes and route them in the best way possible to be out of the way and neat. Found the idea from another member. Lastly I mounted my maxtrax on a 3D printed mount from Etsy that I have seen on TW before
