Picked up from powder coating Friday. Installed over weekend along with 700lb eibach coils. Definitely needed it the extra 250lbs +/- overall very happy with the turnout. Only issue was due to my mistake. Cut about 1/2" too high on factory bumper cover. Only a aesthetic flaw. Bumper fitment was spot on. Smittybilt x20 10k was a little tricky and tight fit. Off to alignment tomorrow morning

Looks good. What'd ya end up paying for the powder coating on the bumper?

    Do you have stock gears?
What is your experience with the stt pros?

Stock gears as of now.. 4.88's will be next winter's project if I can make It through the summer. Front locker is still undecided, but do not want to drop the front diff twice. Stt pro's are hands down my favorite tire. This is my 2nd set and also had the original stt's. Life span is great, fairly quite, and works well in all conditions

Icon RXT leaf packed installed. So far pleased with the ride. Not much difference from the progressive AAL unloaded. Did not install the extra leaf. Hoping these will support the extra bed weight or trailer better

What lift did that provide in the rear? I have a rear high clearance bumper on order and worried the 3 leaf AAL isn’t going to hold the extra weight all that well.

Thinking a full leaf pack or double down and go with a 63 swap.

Icon claims 1.875 of lift with the pack assembled as shipped. Granted I have around 200lbs extra weight in bed constant. I probably got 1.5". Which is perfect for my setup currently. They provide an extra leaf and depending where you place it, dictates ride height/weight capacity. They seem well built and heavy duty. Just wish they have poly bushings vs the pressed OEM style rubber.

Not much time on the new leafs on or offroad and the 700lb coils up front. Before with the AAl and 600lb coils, it did great. No complaints at all. Was a little soft on the street with no sway bar, but offroad it was very plush

Nice truck, I'm using your build thread as a reference with a few other. What did you do with TPMS on a new set of wheels? Moved OEM or add new set?

Thanks! The TPMS will switch right over to new wheels. Alloy to alloy wheel will transfer

Still 285's for now. Think it's the bumper exposing more of the tire

I'm really enjoying the STT Pro as I knew. Back in the mountains for the weekend and they've done really well with the roads being overflowed with water. My BFG's had a tendency to hydroplane real bad. Almost went with the ridge grapplers when they started making them in 16's

Nothing lately, have made some minor changes (springs, pro tail lights). Home visiting in the mountains for the weekend, but heavy rain here in the southeast. Any of the trails would be a mess. Ready for spring to be here :annoyed:

Good Sunday catching up on maintenance. Trans flushed and oil change  Also got the core support bushings swapped out. Hopefully eliminate some noises...
