you could remove the little coin door and tape condoms to the back of it. If you wanna get really creative you can do like I did in my ranger. Put a zipper in the bottom of the head rest (mine already had one), hollow out some of the foam and put a small box in there. I never kept condoms in there, but I'm sure they would fit.

thats where i hide my wallet and knife. i can take the piece out in a bout 5 seconds and you will never know theres something there and is removable.

ps. i use it almost everyday and it pops in and out like it was new

You would have to search, but someone on here has turned their arm rest into a safe (welded steel and all), but you could do something like this in there. You may not even have to cut out the bottom, just build it up in side of the console.

"Hold on baby", lifts arm rest, pushes button, jumps out of truck, removes gas cap and secret condom appears. "Alright, lets do this!"

 

It funny...I always had condoms when I needed them and I never had to ask someone where to hide them. Is this really that hard??

Prison pocket all the way!!! That way you can always have thm on you unless you accidently crap them out.
Haven't you ever gone so far that your like..."crap, I forgot the condoms." In your prison pocket you can be completely naked and quickly reach back and grab your condoms from the secret pocket the cops don't check....

If it's just a few condoms why not just put them in your wallet? It's not like they're gonna go through your wallet randomly are they?

 

i say use the coin compartment you've been using, but drop it down past open, build a little holder on top... easy to get to and out of the way
