Should be the under the hood fuse box. I'm pretty sure the lid has a diagram stamped in it.
Before getting too deep in this, can you clear up some things first?
Are you talking about the DRL or the parking lights?
Did this just happen all of a sudden or have you done any electrical mods lately?

If the DRL you are talking about, I will have a couple more questions?

Did you just add anything to the truck led's, or something else on the electric system?

Even modding wires and switches in the overhead console can affect the DRL’s...:anonymous:

I may be wrong here, but on one of my vehicles (my other is a 15 outback) the DRL's don't work when in "park" . This fact fooled me once, and I thought I had a problem which I did not.

The Tacoma the DRLs will not work if the parking brake is on. That was going to be one of my questions once we cleared up the fact it is DRL we are talking about.

There are two fuse panels, one under the hood and one under the dash on the driver side near the kick panel. Both have diagrams on them. These are not my pics, I got them from other members posts by searching fuse box. I can not take credit for the pics, and the marks on the pics are not related to this thread, so ignore those.fuse box 1a.jpg Capture+_2019-01-09-21-49-44.jpg

Try turning the bulb 180 degrees you may have the polarity wrong if it’s led

Have you tried finding it from the diagrams on the fuse boxes? Obviously no one here has changed one out yet and it would be easier and quicker for you to pull fuses and check them. You can eliminate a lot of the fuses by their name, so no need to check every single one. I would start with ones labeled with an L in the name.
