Need Advice about these tires/Rims

Illuminated 4X4 switch, 3" lift,

I really love these rims and tires. The tires are Generial Grabber AT2, 285.75R16. The rims are Helo Maxx 6 Black, I want 16", because less $$$ for tires, but they don't come with any offset. The 17" is avalible with a -12 offset. I have a 3" lift and wanted everyones input. Will I need wheel spacers, any cutting, over all will they fit and if I need to do anything else? Does anyone have these tires on their truck and what do you think about them.
