Need computer help

Some how I think some malware got into my computer. I have this black screen taking a third of my screen teeling me that my computer is blocked. It wants me to send a MoneyPak for $50. Malware & AVG says nothing is found. I can't close the window, move or anything. Any help from anybody?

 

Write down the name or description of the window asking for money. Boot into safe mode with networking. Go to bleepingcomputer.com &the search for what you wrote down. They will have step by step directions on hoe to get rid of it. If it shows up on safe mode you will most likely have to wipe your pc ti get rid of it completely though.
