Need help choosing some mods.

I have about 700 bucks to play with and been contemplating about couple different options...

-Black rims from crager. ...about $300+shipping
-4 KC hilites for bull bar. ...about $300+shipping
-3x10's Subwoofer w/AMP. ...about $600+install
-Exhaust (maybe replace converter) ...about $350+install

Any suggestions, ideas, or recommendations of other products is very much appreciative.

I didn't even think of shocks. I looked them up in this forum I found that they are quite something!
I was trying to get them from downsouthmotorsports.com but they are out of stock for all 4!

I changed my line up though...
1st...comfort /shocks/offroad lights
2nd...effiency /exhaust/intake
3rd...priority /subwoofers/head lights
4th...appearance /black rims/BFG ATs
