Ok so I found an awesome set of cheap pro comp 17 inch rims and 33" tires on craigslist. There 6 lug x 137 (made for a 2004+ F150) and my 08 Pre Runner is 6 lug x 139. Do you still think they will fit fine??

Where did you get the lug pattern numbers from? I've never seen them in metric....
I didn't see that listed on the craigslist ad.

Toyota lug pattern is 6 x 5.5" which is about 139.7 millimeters.

If the Ford is indeed 137millimeters - than NO...the holes won't line up.

    2.7L 3RZ,K&N filter, 4" deck plate mod,flowmaster 40 series,3" body lift,3" suspension lift,35's. I also have another tacoma a 97 with a 350 small block in it on a 1972 blazer frame...
yeah ford junk is all metric now and HUB centric not lug centric like toy's... they even changed the superduty's to 8 on 170mm instead of 8 on 6.5" like every other 3/4-1ton since the 50's but hey why not it only causes tons of confusion, improperly mounted wheels(non hub centric) and drives the price up on aftermarket wheels since the companies now have another pattern they need to make
