I cannot figure out what to price my Thompson/Center Hawken .50 cal cap lock.

I've searched online auctions, new retail prices, older gun value books.. Prices vary from $250-$770 NIB! I dont get it.

Anybody have a newer gun pricing guide? I'd say the gun is a CONSERVATIVE 85-90%
