I've seen this exact scenario in the past... I am afraid you are stuck with the drop bracket bracket down below. But I believe the rest can be returned to a normal setup with Uca's.

Wow Mateo, that is some fine info. That post including part numbers should be bronzed and placed in TacoWorld history. Nice job.

Pretty sure what I linked you is all you need. Fabtech spindles and a set of upper control arms and just bolt that in place of the current god awful strut design so that you once again have upper and lower control arms

Ok so I have decided that I'm going to go the cheap route with the inversion mod and buy some time then maybe sell it or go to the fabetech. Anyone have any more info on the inversion mod can you just unscrew that cap and pop the struts out ? Some struts will fit without having to be grinded . Strut mount part # is monroe 901985 or cheaper Napa part #443412377. Will give an update

Update .... I did the strut mount inversion mod and it seems to be holding up also changed the regular struts and sway bar links. It's definitely a lot smoother with all that. hopefully it holds up in the meantime I don't do too much driving . It was 80 for the 2 coilover front struts . 42 the pair of VW struts and 30 for both of the mounts . Just an idea for someone who happens to get the trail Disaster lift . Will make a post nex time if it fails.

Update one of the strut mounts only last 2 weeks before it blew right through. In a great search I was able to find a mount and only had to drill one hole and ream out the middle hole a little bit And it's all steel. This whole design is straight garbage I still didn't get the title yet . I kind of want to keep the truck but I cant keep sinking money into it idk . Here's the mount I found that only needs a slight mod
