Looking to lift my truck 1-3', I do minimal off roading, just don't want my 265/75/16s to rub and like the look.

I have found a Bilstein 5100 kit with 4 shocks and spacer/u bolts for the rear on Ebay for $690CAD, that includes shipping to Canada.

An "approved" vendor on a facebook group said he could get me a great deal, and came back with $680USD plus $230USD shipping. This kit includes the 4 shocks, Coils, and two leafs.

    My questions are:
    -Are new coils necessary?
-Wouldn't it be cheaper just to buy the leaf locally?
-Could I just get the 4 shocks and get a little difference all around?

Money is a constraint for me right now, looking for any recommendations and advice.

    Thanks
    Riley

What did you decide? I'm looking for a complete kit in Canada as well. Bilstein 5100s, AAL, and coils. Wondering where to purchase everything?

I decided to just get the 5100s front and back. It ended up costing almost $500 and that was with the company I was buying from covering half the shipping.

If you’re on “Toyota Tacoma Enthusiasts” on Facebook get in touch with Noah Knowles. He can get the best prices.

As for what you should get, the coils are not necessary and I don’t recommend AAL. Save up for a new entire leaf pack. If you buy the kit you’re talking about you will pay up the ass for shipping.

    Thanks. I'll check that out!
