    skype! i use it for my international calls, i add about $10 and it lasts months, rates are pretty cheap and if you have a good internet connection there wont be any problems with the communication....

    depending on what service carrier you have, try putting the plus (+) sign before you dial. Thats how i had to do it when i dialed to argentina

    ex. +00112233445566 etc.
