Just bout this and need to mount a front plate(bought in PA I live in MD). I would like to keep the existing front end, but there is no easy place to mount a license plate. If anyone knows the brand of this bumper, or has any ideas on how I should go about this, I’d greatly appreciate a reply!

Lots of options for fold up license plate mounts, but they're pretty expensive for what they are. I have a cascadia 4x4 one, but I think victory 4x4 and a bunch of other companies make similar products. They bolt between the fairlead and the bumper to cover up the winch line, but fold up if you need to use the winch.

I have the license plate mount from Victory 4x4, attaches as described above. Works a charm, but doesn't fold up per se, you'll need to remove two fasteners (can be done by hand) to use the winch. I just installed, but will definitely be removing the license plate whenever wheeling as it sticks out from the bumper a bit and would surely get ripped off.

Are these holes not for a plate?

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Built my own. 1/8" sheet aluminum (could've gone thinner) and hinges off of Amazon. Total cost, including paint, under $50.
