Need tuning CDs... What and Where to get?

To set amp gains I need a CD with test tones and something to do phasing and test tone generators plus anything else to help tune, time align, and set gains? What should I get and where should I get it?

 

There was one mentioned in the JL audio manual that I got with my amp. I bet you can get one from them. To set gains I just used 1k and 50Hz tones I found online. To EQ I found a stereo pink noise file since I don't have independent channel EQ right now. If you need the ones I used I can upload/post them, but the Chickenmunga ones are a good place to start.
