    You guys all swear by this stuff but I dunno, I saw some videos of it in action and I was laughing my ass off. Do you even have gaskets once it's done? lol

    well you shouldnt do it if your car has less than 30k in my opinion. my truck had over 185000 and i could tell the difference. and i still have my gaskets..

    I wouldn't add it to the crank case of a high mile engine, but I used it through the brake booster vacuum hose and in the gas tank of my 125k mile Tacoma without problems.

    getting there....
    i seafoam about every 10 to 15k miles.......works for me. and yep.......we ALWAYS piss the neighbors off here in our condo complex...its awesome!!:D just ask tigerfan00!!

    just go to an auto zone and do it hahaha! when i did it all the drunk people from the bar ran over because they thought my truck was on fire hahaha

    In "theory" you could Hydrolock an engine but I have yet to see an actual provable case of a "correct" application of Seafoam causing this.

    GM actually sells and uses a like product called "upper engine cleaner" in their service department . Seafoam is a very good product if used properly on high mileage vehicles. I have used it on over 6 vehicles that have approached or exceeded 100K and it does smooth out idle and restores lost power and MPG.

    If you can change your own oil, then you can figure out and properly use Seafoam. No reason to be "scared" of it.

    I hate to drag this conversation out but I am still not completly sold on seafoam. I want to try it but am still worried how good it is for an engine... I just dunno....:confused:
