not if you get a good one. The shitty ones definitely do though, they have a lot of fats and carbs. They're all going to have some, at least for taste. I use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard.

yea, that's really all you need... especially if you're already eating decent.

I just grab the generic caffeine pills that the local drug store sells. NoDoz is a common brand name version, but the generic brands are usually a few bucks cheaper for the same thing.

Friend of mine orders pure caffeine powder online and makes his own energy drinks...I'm too afraid I'd accidentally put way too much caffeine in and kill myself lol. It doesn't take much when its in pure form.

Best thing for ya is to keep it natural. Wanting to look good and indulging your body in all this unnatural crap is only a recipe for problems later on in life. Keep it simple. Coffee if you need to get your workout going, eat a well balanced diet and sleep (most important part for growth), and take some good ol whey for post workout. Not a fitness guru, but I’ve been lifting for 4 years now and the most improvement I’ve seen has been in the last year by finally undedtnding my body and needs and tweaking with my lifestyle that includes everything I mentioned.
