No idea, but I've been a huge fan of him ever since The Hustler (even though he wasn't exactly a nice guy in that film).

I have a 2013 Porsche Boxster S When the Jag came out I test drove it. Nice ride. But if I had to do it all over again I would be looking on the market for a Cayman GT4. Similar money to the Jag and will actually increase in value. The Jag on the used market is not bad priced but taking one off the lot new... Ouch

Not sure about appreciating but less depreciation for sure. You just have to NGAS.

    Exactly

As for deprecation.... I don't care. I would rather have a vehicle that I am in love with and love the looks, sound, performance, etc.... If I wanted a Porsche I would get one. But then that would make me like every 2nd or 3rd vehicle I see everyday. I never see a F Type around here. If it depreciates so be it. I'll enjoy it and that "to me" is what it's all about. I'd rather be happy than settle for what everyone else has. And in my opinion... The F Type is one of the most beautiful cars to come out in a very long time. Add to that... The Porsche can't even come close to comparing to the exhaust note. That's reason enough for me.

You don't buy European cars because they hold their value, you buy them because they're fucking awesome.

They have a white fType convertible running pace car for the Tulsa Tough criterium bike races this weekend. I kept looking at it thinking what the hell is that? Sweet looking car.

I've had one convertible in my life and swore I would never buy another. The F Type coupe is beautiful without a softtop.

Have you driven a GT 4 and listened to it's exhaust? But honestly, I didn't buy my Porsche for the sound of the exhaust, I bought it because I liked the car for many, many reasons. So if the Ftype is the one you want.. by all means get that.

    F Type Exhaust

You be the judge. I'll take the Jaguar anyday. Again... I'm not buying it for the exhaust alone. I just don't want to be another in a crowd of Porsche owners. The Jaguar is hands down (IMO) one of the most beautiful cars to come out in quite some time. Porsche has stuck with what works and admittedly works well. I just want something that very few have (at least around here)

Not yet. A few days after I bought the car for my wife she came down with a cancer scare. That's lasted for a couple months until we found out a couple weeks ago that she is still sick but no cancer (thankfully). So it's kind of made me reevaluate my priorities at the moment. We'll see but in the meantime I'm focusing my attention on her treatment options.
