OP means original poster. Meaning talking at you. Look next to your name on this thread. And sub'd means that someone wrote that so they can follow your thread. They "subscribed" to your thread, and are letting you know. There is actually a button at the top of threads to subscribe without saying it. Idk if people don't know or it's just easier to say sub'd lol
