we should have it up on the website within two weeks. We are finalizing pricing an d my web guy/photographer still has to go through all of his product photos and do some editing so he can start adding everything to the website.
Just messaged my photographer to see if he will allow me to post a couple teaser pics of everything powder coated and installed, haha.

Stupid question. Is powder coating intended as just a primer or the finished look?

powder coat is the finish coat. Its a dry coating that is sprayed on like paint. It sticks with electrical charge when applied, then it gets put into an oven to bake for about 45 minutes. The heat turns the powder to a liquid coating like paint and makes it cure completely. There is no drying time. Once the item is taken out of the oven its ready to go! This is a very vague description of the powder coating process. Im sure you could find better details on the interwebz somewhere.

Looks BAD ASS!! Would a flip-up license plate cover fit in the cutout area for the winch? Living in Kalifornia so gotta run with a front plate.

Wow. I must say well done!! Sliders look great (best I have seen so far and now the first thing on my mods list). Both front bumpers look fantastic and rear bumper looks super promising. One stop shop for armor in my book. You going to do any skids by chance?
For high lift my guess is just put on a shackle, those slots are just for access to winch? Just wish you were on the West coast, shipping...

Thanks! Yes we are a Baja Designs retailer so the light will be on the website soon. Im sure we will have package deals that will give you a discount if you order both the bumper and light.

A flip up plate should work in that area. The opening is wide enough to fit a plate inside. We are going to work on a license plate mounting solution that we know will work for sure.

Thank you! its about 75 pounds.

Thanks for the great comments! Yes we do plan on offering skids eventually. Yes for a hi-lift point i would just use a shackle, the slotted winch access area would most likely work also.

625.00 for bumper without hoop. 699.00 with hoop. Those prices are bare steel.

2 questions before I place an order for that great looking bumper.

    1. I assume the shackle mounts are strong enough to allow the use of a handyman to lift the truck? Is this correct?

    2. Any idea if this bumper will work with RCI skid plates?

Hey guys so our rig has fully been outfitted wit c4 fab products for the most part. On our build thread you can find more pics but I am going to drop a bunch here as well.

On our rig we have C4 Fab, full size front bumper which is a direct replacement no stock bumper cutting option. It also comes with a dual cube option for fogs instead of single cubes. We also have c4 fab sliders, bed racks, and rear bumper.

Nice bumper! Just curious ... is there room in that bumper (or in between the hoop maybe?) for a 30" double row LED bar instead of the single row? (In order to use the LED bar that I already have).
