New Bilstein Coil-overs

I when to the Jeep & Truck Fest this past weekend and spoke to the Bilstein crew. They have new coli-overs that that are going to be coming out soon.
I was just wondering if anybody new the model number and when they will be available?

 

interesting, did they tell when these new ones will be coming out.

 

They said the next few months. I just can't remeber the model number maybe, 6112?

They looked bad a$$.

 

I am sure that someone will chime in with numbers.

Do they have remote rezis??

 

The ones I saw didn't have the remote rezis.

 

I have been talking with Bilstein about these for awhile. These are an awesome new design from Bilstein that feature a 2.6" / 65mm shock body, beefed up mounts, Eibach springs and new shock technologies from Bilstein. They reuse factory upper mounts to keep cost down and MSRP will be under 900 a pair with the same or better performance to more expensive coilover kits. They are paired with Bilsteins new 5165 direct replacement reservoir shocks.

Expect to see these around SEMA.

Hey guys,

So as of today my truck is now in the hands of the team @ Bilstein, testing spring & valving rates.

Part numbers have been released to vendors, but the shocks will not be available until the end of January, anyone offering them for sale doesnt have them.

Should have the truck back Friday, and will be testing at the MORE 200 race this weekend in Barstow, CA. Next week I will post my initial impressions - I have high expectations for these!!

Ya I'm waiting on this review. If these work out, I'll probably be looking at them.

 

They are awesome so far. Still dialing in the valving.
