I'm just confused because you were complaining about the smell so bad in the Tacoma and it was nearly impossible to deal with now you brought the smell into your home?

I can't believe this thread is still going. OP obviously could care less about our proposed remedies from ozone machines to baking soda, to cracking windows with heat on, to wiping down the interior, etc. Clearly he just enjoys bitching on the internet.

Exactly spot on! It's like rationalizing with a two year old. Off gassing is not some new phenomenon. Let's take the problem and put inside the house and bitch more.

 

I guess I'm lucky I live in New York. The new car smell was gone the day after delivery for me since I bought it summer of 14 and drove with the windows down all day. Now it just smells like the rest of New York: hot garbage

 

I offgassed in my truck this evening.
