they said it allows her to inhale air by accident which makes her have to burp, and if she can't get the air out her stomach could turn

Morning, everybody. Happy first Friday of the week...

Managed to slice my arm pretty good last night; took about 10 minutes to get the bleeding to stop after I disinfected it, and then a butterfly to hold the spot together. Only about 1/2 an inch long, but pretty deep. So now I have to take a couple hour lunch today to go and have the urgent care people write me a prescription for a tetanus shot, since mine's near-as-makes-no-difference expired. They'll probably give me a scrip for some antibiotics, too, annoyingly.

The thing that pisses me off is that Rite-Aid gives Tetanus boosters, which takes all of 5 minutes to do, but they can't do it without a prescription slip from a doctor. So now I've got to go sit at the urgent care place for an hour, just so they can write me a scrip. :frusty:

The switches for the lobby and hallway lights for the entire building (upstairs, downstairs, both wings) are all up front here. Usually turning those off works. They see the hallways go dark and move in a hurry.

Piece of 24ga sheet metal. Had a stack of random cutoff pieces start to go over in the workshop, and rather than just let it fall I stuck a hand out to catch it. The corner of this one piece went in right behind the cuff on the leather gloves I was wearing.

Yeah, Toyota's pretty cheap on amenities in the Tacoma. My buddy just bought a '17 Corolla that has LED projection lamps, one touch up/down on the windows, lane departure, adaptive cruise control, power seats (w/lumbar), LED projector lamp headlights, etc. etc. He spent just over $18K.
