Actually, if I just dropped that into my truck, I'm pretty sure I'd grenade the transfer case

 

You would need to regear the front and add bigger tires

 

I use slacker app on my iPhone for music . Better then pandora and I heart radio . Search anything and they have it .

 

Yeah, not regearing the front could be a problem... Otherwise that front open diff will just be trying to drag the rear end around everywhere. Downhill braking would be easy without the brakes though

I just had lunch with my grandparents. My grandpa is getting pretty bad. He's struggling for words, will say something very vague, and then gets pissed when my grandma asks him questions to have him keep talking. He started saying "I never......" She would say "'I never' what?" And then he would get wicked pissed. Alzheimer's must be so frustrating. He just imagines things now and says the VAGUEST things, then gets mad cause either you don't get it or he can't convey what he is trying to say.

I am surprised, however, that he can still speak and understand Russian (native language), French, and English. That's impressive! But he seems to make the most sense of his words in French. He still can't get full sentences that make sense out though.

Definitely sucks. My grandpa had diabetes on top of Alzheimers. So mood swings were common. Towards the end he was having trouble with basic things such as using the bathroom and getting dressed. Didn't recognize anyone most of the time.

 

How long has he had it for? My father in law is 3 yrs that we know of..and yes he gets that way too with the frustration, it's worst when taking the tests at the doctor.

PM me your email, I found something about coconut oil that might help..not a cure-all but it shows improvement

 

That's tough man. My great grandmother had it and it was awful to watch. Every time I went to see her, you could see her mind deteriorate. At first she would say she hasn't seen me in years(when it had been weeks), then it was that she hadn't seen me since I was a little kid, then eventually she didnt remember me at all or thought I was my dad.
