It will be at least fifty bucks per rig. Could be more if we need a special permit if we get over 20 people.

Is it 20 ppl, or 20 trucks? Why would we need a special permit if we are over, just break it into two permits? Just throwing things out there as I don't know much about this place.

Also need a little more info guys, what time we thinking, how long we planning to stay?

Also, is this open to out-of-staters? I just read something indicating I might not be able to go...

Edit: never mind I think I answered my own question - Barnstable or Sandwich ORV stickers you need to be a resident.

It is in the regulations section of the link I posted in the OP. Groups of 20 or more may need a special permit which may have associated fees. Once we get a confirmed number over 20, someone will have to call the guard house and let them know our plans and we will find out at that time if we need anything. I don't think we will, but you never know.
