    Def not. Check out all the rules and regulations on the website in the OP. Also, there is no need to get permits early. If they see all of us they are going to ask for the extra permit anyways. The rangers have quads and pickups and do patrol the beach.

    Thanks. Ya he says 8 weeks no work so I will be going crazy. The good news is I sent both my test weld pieces out to be tested so if they pass my ten week course just got shortened hopefully last night was the last night
