    Greetings from Louisville KY !

I've been playing on here for a few weeks but haven't formally introduced myself.

Originally a union Tile Setter from Detroit MI with a long family history of "American" cars and trucks.

I sold my big Dodge when I went from my small apartment to a big house.

    Gotta prioritize.

Looking for a smaller truck, I finally decided on a Tacoma. It was a Super White '99 EX cab 4x4 V6 SR5 Automatic.

That little truck was amazing. I never did any mods or anything, just kept it maintained and put an ARE Topper on it and nice set of BFG's.

What a workhorse! I have loaded it out (she squatted pretty bad) but NEVER let me down!

Two years ago, I started my own company and the idea of getting a van became very appealing (no lugging tools in and out all the time). So i sold all my stuff, (my '85 LeBaron Woody convertible, my Tacoma, and a handful of vintage Jap bikes) and got me a Chevy Astro.

My intent was to get a Jeep as a daily driver that would make up for the selling of my 4x4 AND my convertible.

After test driving several Jeeps and looking across the street at my old truck (sold to my friend and neighbor) I went right back to looking for first gen Tacomas!

Found my new baby about 4 hours away in Tennessee and she had everything I wanted.

2004 Tacoma Black Sand Pearl V6 Automatic 4x4 TRD Double Cab Limited with a SnugTop Shell, Yakima Rack, heated leather seats, spray lined bed with dome light, tailgate lock, Westin step bars and a nice set of 17" wheels.

    85,000 on the clock.

They were asking a lot, but it was what I wanted.

Shot him a lower number (cash is king) and not only got the price I wanted, but they delivered it to me!

So far I am absolutely LOVING the new truck.

My buddy wrecked the white one the day after I bought the new one... should be back together next week though...

    Anyways, thats my story...

Nice truck and nice bike! Any plans on modding the truck? What year is your CB? Here's mine it's a 76 550F.

The CB500 is a '72, and only had 8K on it. All original (I didnt cut anything when I made the changes, all period correct bolt on stuff).

Sadly, she has a new home and I am bikeless til spring.

As far as the truck goes, I am thinking the fog light, deckplate, and gray wire. I am also gonna debadge and desticker it this spring before I get a nice detail done to the outside. And I want to add a bedrug as the topper is carpeted already...
