Hello fellow TW users, this thread kinda sorta has 2 different topics..

Topic #1: i recently ordered the Spyder Black dual CCFl Halo projector Headlights, they have not come in yet, but i was wondering if anyone else had these on their vehicles, (they can also be the chrome ones) i would like to see what they look like in the dark and any pictures would be greatly appreciated.

Topic #2: Due to the purchase of these headlights, quite naturally, i will be installing them. i have some questions. do i need to remove the grill to remove the old headlights? also, is it true the best thing to do with the CCFL wiresd and led wires is to quck splice them together and then wire them to the parking light wires? also step by step instructions on how to swap out my headlights would be VERY GREATLY appreciated.

    Thanks.

I can only answer part of your question but yes, you will need to take off the grill and also the little plastic strip below each light. But be sure to pull them out the angle they are pointing and not towards you or else you will break the tabs that are attached to them.

No, not if you do it correctly and take your time. I did not break mine when I pulled them out and replaced them. The black plastic rivit looking things, you need to take a flathead screwdriver to pop up the center, then the whole rivit thing will pull out. Just take your time, there will be some choice 4 letter words but don't force anything and nothing will break.
