    Deaver j59 pack 2.5 SAW coilovers, rear bilstein 5100's. Extened stainless rear brake line, deck plate mod, drop in K&N filter, Kenwood headunit & pioneer speakers, SnugTop Shell.
    There shouldnt be a big difference in MPG, unless you have a heavy right foot.
    The only thing to look out for is the frame rust issue on 1st gen tacomas. There are alot of threads on here about it so you shouldnt have a problem with that. I dont know where your planning on buying the truck but be careful if your buying froma place with a cold winter climate and if they put salt on the roads. I have a 98 tacoma and i dont have any rust issues what so ever, im also in southern california.
    If you do buy a tacoma it will hold up to years of use so puting alot of miles on it isnt a problem at all. Hope this helped.
