New here have a question on Tacoma seats

I'm driving an '04 F-150 Lariat now and need to trade it in as it has 100,000 miles and is killing me on gas with it's 5.4L. I'm looking at getting a double cab Tacoma with the long bed and need to know how the support of the seats are. I had an '88 and a '91 Toy and the seats were just light foam covering a plank of wood or so it felt. Are the seats in '08 Tacoma's good? I ask because I suffer from lower back problems. Thanks.
