New Member, 2nd Tacoma

Hello all. My name is Patrick and I just bought my 2nd Tacoma! I had an 04 double cab Prerunner SR5, black. The only upgrades I did was tint the windows, put in an MP3 deck and sirius radio. Great truck, never had any issues at all.

I decided to get a new truck a few months ago, I found out I had some equity in the Tacoma and I had some cash on hand so I made the leap. After debating between a full size truck (used Ram 1500) and a new Tacoma I went with the Tacoma. I actually bought almost the same truck I had, just 3 years newer. I bought a black 07 SR5 Prerunner double cab. I bought it from the same dealer I had before in Hurst Texas. I bought an 07 because the dealer had it on his lot and took almost $5k off the sticker!

The only real upgrades I want to do on this one is put XM radio in and maybe bluetooth capability. I havent decided if I want to take the factory deck out yet or not. I really hate to lose the steering wheel controls and I have heard bad things about the IR repeaters that are on the market to make them work with aftermarket decks.
