    Hi.

I’m ready to toss my Rough Country 3” lift, I just really dislike the feel. It’s on a ‘15 access door. Whatever, I rushed once I got my first yota and now I’m going in reverse. Live and learn.

Got in touch w a legit garage from what I see so far, Ok Four Wheel Drive, in Jersey. If anyone has had an experience, please let me know how it went. Anyway, I’m looking at a 6” Fox suspension lift through BDS. It runs about $1899. Also going 35s. This is just the plan as of right now. Still gotta go visit the place and look at all options.

Also, unfortunately the SCS wheels I was looking at, both don’t come to the specs I need. The Ray 10 and F5, so if anyone knows of a comparable look in another wheel, please lmk. Or just a classic, badass offroad rim in general.

I also plan on putting a softopper and going w STT Pros

So, have you had an experience w ok 4 wheel drive?
Anything I should be aware of going 6” and 35s besides gas mileage etc.
And wheel recommendations. And pictures are welcome, please!

    Thank you for reading!

    Welcome!

I wouldn’t lift it 6” that’s way to high and you usually have issues. Sweet spot would be 2.5” with quality coilovers. I’m also not aware of a fox 6” lift but I also don’t pay much attention to that realm.

    Welcome to TW

Also don't forget you'll probably be regearing with 35's also. A good 3" lift with 285's will get you more clearance than a 6" lift.

Welcome to TW...lots of advice here...some good, some not so good and some people think your truck should look like theirs.Do whatever makes you happy. As far as lifts go,many options and variables. I’ve had 4 inch D/B lift for a year now with absolutely no issues...at least with a D/B lift it keeps all your angles correct with driveshaft and C.V.shafts.So long as you don’t mind cutting part of your cross member out.

If you're going that high with lift, you're gonna need to get UCAs and possibly a diff drop to fix CV angles. I assume with that price tag, its all included. I went to Bilstein 5100s on stock coils for my truck with 2.5" of lift in the front and 3rd gen leafs with ICON AAL for 3" in the rear. The ride is softer than what I had, but not so much as to make me roll a lot when I corner. It's all personal preference though. If you're getting remote resis, and are adjustable, you can fine tune the ride you want.

Mine used to ride like a stock suspension until I stuck some Ride Rite air bags on the back.
