Hey everyone, my name is Aaron and I am located in Fort Walton Beach, FL. I am in the Air Force and lived here a little over 2 years now.

I have been interested in getting a Tacoma for quite some time, but have only recently started looking into seriously buying one.

Went to a dealer for the first time today to check a few out. Overall, looking at 4.0 V6, double cabs, 4x4 with the TRD Sport and tow packages. At the dealer, they only had such models with the Entune/JVC option, which was pretty neat, but not sure if I want to spend 2k on something like that. The default stereo was pretty wimpy, I need to look into various aftermarket options to improve it, while retaining BT and steering wheel control functionality.

Anyways, figured I would stop by and say hello. Hopefully will be purchasing one within a month or so, but I have no constraints on my timeline.

Thanks! You guys notice a lot of the dealers in this area have non-factory options installed on the trucks? IE "Toyoguard", tint, "paint protector", and other way overpriced extras. Were you guys able to find ones without these, or a way around them?

Just got back from the dealership. They don't have one with the exact options that I wanted, so they are going to snag the next one to enter the SE region for me. Put down a $500 deposit for that, and got all the numbers set in stone. 4x4, AT, DCSB, V6, TRD Sport, Tow, floor mats for $1000 below invoice and 0% APR for 36 months. $31,797 out the door. I can't wait to get it!
