New member...saw a thread about 2016 tranny shuddering below 50mph.

    Yes, this is a real thing. I have it every time I drive. It is quite noticeable (feel it in your belly) especially around 48mph. Just had my service mgr and the regional service mgr ride along to take readings on his laptop as this crap happens. Regional guy said it's "just a feeling" as he can't find any abnormalities and that I should just "not worry". Well, I've never had ANY vehicle "feel like this" and Toyota will not do a thing until more people speak up to their service department. So please! make it an issue as I'm not happy being their guinea pig.
    I'm actually considering selling and trying a domestic......
    I've had a 1984 4WD PU that I like better....I actually have a frame for it too!

    I’ve seen a few threads on this as it seems rather common. I don’t know if there is a fix for the shudder.
