Purchased my '09 Access Cab, Pre-Runner, 2.7L, Manual in October 2008. I have 36,000 miles on it so far due to a long commute. This site is the best. So far I've added the following mods (thanks to this site):

AFE air filter
4 D-Rings added to truck bed
WeatherTec BugFlector
WeatherTec WindFlector
and just upgraded the oil to Mobile1 0-30 full synthetic

I want to thank everyone for all the valuable info I've found so far.
