That's the plan. I'm deploying this year. So I should have the funds for tires.

Thinking about making a trip to camp at the Carlsbad Caverns NP.

Any suggestions of thing nearby or to do while there? I know they do multiple cave tours...which one or two are the best?

Also have a "Mr. Marv" behind the rear seat subwoofer box, amp rack with an Image Dynamics DVC 4 ohm 10" sub mounted in the box. I used this box and sub for about a year and a half and still works and hits well. Thinking $140...
Again a fair price seeing how the box/amp rack was about $200 + shipping and sub was $140 I think[/QUOTE]

    What's up buddy.

    Welcome.

So another question for the 2nd gen guys on here.......Lobster and I are working on a rear plate bumper design that is not high clearance and doesn't require any cutting but allows the use of a hitch still. We have the limited opportunity to get multiples cut out on my buddies plasma table, saving tome and money. If there is any interest by anyone wanting a new rear in the next while let me know. We are hoping to get 4 or 5 cut at once before my buddy moves away. This would decrease production time to weeks since all I would need to do is weld and coat them.

Hey cloudy, I may be in the market as I jackknifed my adventure trailer and dinged my bumper. Got myself in a hairy situation but that story is for another day.

Do you have any design drawings? Cost estimates etc.? I was shopping the Pelfybuilt rear bumper but would rather keep my stock towing reciever. Please feel free to PM me any details/info as it comes. I'm not 100% on replacing, even considered buying a sprayer, paint and bondo and patching the ding myself. I say ding to make myself feel better as it's more of a dent. Thanks.

Oh sorry didn't mean to make it like I was looking to buy anything. Just wanting to see what everyone did as far as individual setups locally.

In my gen 2 Taco, I've got a Polk DXi 6.5'' component set up front, 10'' JL Audio W1V3-4 sub powered by an Alpine MRX-F65 all wired to work with the stock touchscreen via a PAC-4ch factory integration adapter.

In the gen 1 Taco, Alpine type-S speakers up front, Alpine deck and 4 channel amp, 12'' Boston Acoustics G1 sub.

Here are some early pics. It is a bit more done now but the corners still need to be finished. It does not use you stock hitch. It uses a new one that is higher than stock, about 2 inches.....ish.
