    statutory even.

was going to ask if you were crimping or soldering and realized that no matter what, your above statement is true.

Gonna be crimping and daisy chaining them all in series for the power and ground at least. That way I don't have to run 6 seperate hot and grounds per panel and just worry about the individual switch functions.

Thanks! So how does it work around here with trips and all? Do we have a pretty large group here in ABQ?

There are a few of us that attempt to organize trips on a regular basis. Check out this thread here:

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/south-west/273873-nm-adventure-series.html

But by no means do we hold a monopoly. If you have a hankering, jump on in and add some energy.

Participation varies, kind of coming and going in a weird cycle. There are also eat and wrench meets from time to time. Sign ups are usually posted in this thread. Otherwise, welcome and make yourself at home.

Speaking of wrench meets. Might have the need for one coming up. Haave to put the bed and whatnot back on. Easier with more than 2 people.

Cloudy, with enough notice, I can stop in and help get the bed in place.

I'm going to give it a year, maybe 2 but it is highly probably I'll finally be getting a 4 door:

Very curious to see what kind of winch bumper options start popping up.

Sounds good. I'll ;et you know when it goes back on. I'm hoping by the end of the day today I can get all the mounts and what not done for the air and water tanks and all the bracing done.

Only real thing I like about the new ones is the tailgate and the dash. But seeing that it is pushbutton start only and keyless makes me think that the Tacoma has finally turned into a luxury truck and not really a truck. But if you get one and want a bumper bring it by and we can tear into it. I would love to make you a plate bumper to fit on that.

Looking at the lines, I'm guessing the general shape will be something like the ones currently available for the Tundras.

I don't think there is anywhere the Tacomas can go except to add more luxury. They've made some changes with a new engine, transmission and I think axles but for most people, they don't care. They want the comfort things. I'm very curious to learn more about this 3.5L "lean burn" V6 they are using.

Although, I'm still thinking about a 4th Gen 'Runner with a V8. It'd be fun to S/C that.
