By the way, how did the New Mexico thread become the Puerco thread?

Damn!:frusty: Gash, I typed like a whole paragraph to you in the last multi-quote. Yet, for some reason, I blew it. In a nutshell, I see you signed up for Moab with Timmer again. I'm seriously considering it. If you're at Rio Puerco Sunday, I'd like to chat with you about it.

Thanks for the precaution but guaranteed you will use 1/4 tank or less. When you average 5-10mph you could almost drive cross country w/o filling up.

yep. took it off yesterday and its chillin in my buddies garage to paint. bought some rustolem clear rustproofing yesterday, too. Just need an hour or so on two days so i can get a coupla coats down.

What do you guys think though now, probably going to get some FJ TRD gunmetal grey rims, and may end up painting the satoshi, steps, and bar to match...

I found some duratracs online for 166/tire, too.

You guys think the gunmetal would look good with the indigo?

^ pics in the sig, and earlier in this thread with my new Avid stuff. I'm tired of all the same blacked out bullsh!t, so I figured indigo and gunmetal would be a nice touch. Gonna check on some last minute deals for the tires, but I figure I'll scoop 'em up today tomorrow or saturday.

And, you won't really see me around town, I'm from the real new mexico -- the south side.

I think someone on the forum has Indigo Ink and the gunmetal fj rims. It looks pretty sweet a lot better than black does IMO. Chrome does look sick with our color but isn't really feasible for sliders. I would really like to see sliders in gunmetal.

I'm going to be at the meet, we can talk about it then. The first Bill Burke trip was really awesome learned a lot. Pushed my truck and myself and did some trails that I would have never even thought of doing.

Yeah I know. Maybe some don't know about TW. I didn't know about until I was surfing and found it. It is a lot of help. Had trouble wiring my off road lights but got help here. Future mods to the truck will be; a 3 inch OME Suspension. Soon.
