    Speaking of SAF, do you still have those mudflaps? My front ones came off in the mud outside of Torreon in the Manzano's a few years ago. (Don't back up in really deep caliche.)

    That's very nice of you, but I think we'll be ok. I talked to my dad and he said I could start working on the roof thursday and friday morning so I have Sunday free!!! :woot: Thanks though!!

    Especially in light of the Arab Spring, and of our involvement in Iraq & Afghanistan.

    It's a good explanation to give at church or work, though. :D

    If they fit an '04 reg. cab, then yes. I could pick them up next week maybe, if that worked for you.

    That area behind them, between the frame & the body can hold about 200 lbs of clay each side, I think. :mad:

    Could make pottery, I guess. :notsure:

    For sure; there is some nasty clay & caliche here in NM. :eek:

    I had an '01 2wd 5-lug Tacoma before I got my '04 4wd, and I got it stuck once in caliche NW of Rio Rancho; had to get pulled out by an old Jeep Wagoneer. I had no business being out there; it was really gooey.
