    heres my 08 Tacoma TRD DBL. cab. just lifted last week with a Toy-Tec 3" with rear AAL's and a diff drop. still deciding on tires and wheels. thinking about the Moto Metal skull wheels.

    diff drop? What's that? I'm thinking a rear differential, but that can't be right. Why would someone drop it? Hmm. Still learning the terminology I guess.

    a diff drop is a differential drop. it is used during a lift to keep driveline componets at proper angles.

    ive got a slight vibration at around 10mph. i am going to take it back to the dealer and see what it is. its nothing real bad but definently a vibration that wasnt there before the lift.

    the dealer didnt do the install but 2 good friends that work at the dealership did. they will take care of the problem.
