I bought a taco truck with 2019 Toyota taco with 90,000 so far I haven’t done any maintenance since I bought it. For the automatic transmission v6. Should I I only drain and refill fluid or do the whole thing gasket /filter

Mines a 17 and had 77 xxx and had the usual service done. So I went all out and did all the fluid changes and spark plugs just to be on the safe side.

not all dealers are bad, but if going to the dealer,, or any shop, I would earmark the Toyota maintenance schedule or print it and have that in hand. If not, you will be upsold all kinds of booshit, and should be prepared to roll the decimal over one position on the bill.

I went in and told them what I wanted done and asked for the recommended service intervals . I was close enough for the 80 so I went with that. I work 6 and 7 days so I don’t have much time for anything accept the small stuff. Go to the dealership or look online for what has been done to it then go from there.
