Unless you are a big rig, 2 antennas will just hurt your reception.

yeah i was told 2 antennas would be worse than 1. I get great reception and distance with the 2 whips. 3-5 miles. Even through hills/trees whatever you think would break the reception but it still sounds great. couldnt be happier!

those seat covers are the new universal "Bone Collector" seat covers. They say universal but for all the people who have a tacoma with seat covers know that tacomas have small seats so they fit alittle big but nothing to worry about.

ill post a pic of my actual seat covers when i get batteries for my camera

Ahh Ok.. I thought the entire bottom cover had camo print.. but it looks like only the side bolsters do.. I was looking for full camo coverage.

i understand that the issue with 2 antennas is that they are just too close together. kinda wishing i had only gotten one of them now.
i might do a little test and see if disconnecting one helps or hurts reception.

if it helps does anyone know if the 2nd antenna would work for the am/fm radio? or are they totally different??

    cheers,
    AD

depends on what kind of antenna it is.. some antennas are cb freq. only. some arent. I tried unpluggin one to see if i got any futher distance but didnt really get any results to back up either question if 1 is better than 2..

Well. if you still have the package for the cb antenna it might say on the back. I think firestik makes a antenna thats am/cb capable. Some one may chime in if im wrong. I would look online for am/cb compatible u may find one, i believe its firestik
