I pulled my 3rd member and got 4.30 gears... It's got super high RPMs on the highway! At 65 I'm doing 2500 to 2650 RPMs! I need to either get 33's or regear to 4.10 but I did a lot of searching for 4.10 and it's near impossible to find for a good price. East coast wanted $600 and I had to send them my old 3rd member! Best advice is buy a used 3rd member, take it to a local shop to put in the ratio you want and them just swap yours out when it's ready. You can then try to sell your old on to the next guy who wants to do the same. I'm still holding on Tom my old 3rd member just incase I want to go back to a smaller ratio.

www.car-parts.com search for 3rd member from 4cylinder prerunner or 4x4. They list those for about $350-$400.

maybe try to run 32s then. you have a manual? 4.30s with auto should be fine with 31s or 32s.

I have 31s on my 5-lug auto and I have lost a lot of power. I also think it is due to heavier rims. I have been reading these posts and can't you just buy a 4.10 ring and pinion if you want to regear?

They're not available from any aftermarket manufacturers. Sometimes you can find them used either in forum classifieds or from drivetrain shops that also sell used parts. You can probably even buy a new set from toyota (or a toyota parts website) but I'm guessing they're not cheap.
