I was able to score a set of wheels over the weekend at a low low price, the wheels were sitting outside in a shed exposed to the elements which explains the rust, my plans are to paint the inner wheel and keep the chrome, Im still debating what color but have narrowed it down to either black, gunmetal, or bronze. Today after class I was able to start on removing some of the rust with brillo pads and alot elbow grease...here are the results :)

Btw does anyone know how remove rust from chrome without using an entire box of brillo pads.... there must be an easier way cuz there is still rust left that I cant remove
